PayPal Customer Service Number for USA
The fastest and most convenient way to get to the bottom of whatever issue you may be facing is to pick up the phone. PayPal has a phone line dedicated to customer support that allows you to quickly speak with a representative.

If you are calling from outside the United States, you will need to call a different number. This number is 1-402-935-2050.

If you live in another region of the country, have no fear. This translates to 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM CT. If you live all the way on the east coast, your hours will be 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET.

Other Ways to Contact PayPal
Depending on your unique issue, you may not want to pick up the phone to talk to a live agent. You may be able to get away with contacting them via another channel such as texting.
One of their new features is the ability to message them and send a quick note with your question. You can access this on their customer service page. Scroll all the way to the bottom and you will see a button on the left side that simply says “Message Us.” Click here and it will open a window for you to send in a question.

How Can I Leave a Complaint for PayPal?
Do you have an issue with a fraudulent charge or an order that was never received? If this is the case, you may need to leave a complaint for PayPal. The best way to do this is through your online account login. Here are the steps you will need to follow:
- Log into your PayPal account. Click on “My Account” at the top of the home page.
- Under this header, you should see another hyperlink for “Resolution Center.” Click here.
- Click “Dispute a Transaction.”
- File the claim with PayPal to encourage the seller to resolve your complaint.
Keep in mind that a complaint must be made within 45 days of the date that the payment was made. There will be an additional 20 days to resolve the dispute that you filed.
If you still need to file a formal PayPal complaint about another topic, you can do so through the message center. They will provide you with an answer or resolution in four to eight weeks depending on the length of their investigation.

- Under the “choose topic” menu, select “File a Complaint.”
